How does pricing work?

The first chapter of every course is free. After that you can either unlock that single course with a one-time payment (lifetime access), or subscribe monthly or annually for unlimited courses.

What's the difference between unlocking a course and subscribing?

Unlocking pays once for one course and it is yours forever. A subscription gives you unlimited courses for as long as it is active. If you are taking more than a couple of courses, the subscription is the better deal.

Does what I buy work on all my devices?

Yes. Purchases are tied to your Octo account, so an unlock or subscription bought on one device applies everywhere you sign in, web, iOS, or Android.

I started courses during the free preview, are they still free?

Yes. Any course you began before we introduced pricing stays fully unlocked, we won't paywall content you already started.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Anytime, from the Billing page in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
